Work From Home Jobs Role
Labster India is looking for a Growth Marketer who will give insights to our production team while planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall marketing strategy of our B2C mobile product in the India region, managing the pipeline and will be responsible for new and coming back. Users.
Since January 2021, our B2C mobile product in India has garnered 400k downloads, 6000+ reviews and 4.7 stars on the Google Play Store.
- Plan and implement all digital marketing including SEO / SEM, marketing databases, social media and search advertising campaigns
- Measure, report and review the success of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPI)Identify trends and insights and optimize costs and performance based on insights
- Create, view, and monitor digital advertising budgets and track successful metrics
- Cross-functional team – Work From Home Jobs with product, customer success, design and adoption of content-to-fuel products, develop market-to-market strategy and drive acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Set up the tools and applications needed for the role and experiment to improve productivity
- Development and engagement with creative growth hacks
- Do research to identify customers ’needs and current friction points and analyze or understand customers to unlock development

- Education and experience
Post-Graduate Post from Top B-School with 4+ years of experience in Start-up Growth / Digital Marketing.
Leading Product Growth and Marketing Initiatives – Experience launching multiple growth initiatives / campaigns with high speed.
High-growth start-ups must have experience proving leading growth responsibilities.
Experience driving nalitics initiatives for all available digital platforms.
Strong communication skills and ability to refine audience based messages.
Must have previous experience creating and managing advertising campaigns on Google ads and Facebook ads.
Knowledge of the various types of campaigns, such as Google Search, Google Display, and YouTube Ads
