Project / Process:
S Process SLA / Metrics – Drive team to achieve productivity and quality goals over an established period.
Ensure that the individual SLA is completed on the transaction of the process (if applicable).

Analysis Conduct distributed analysis and track services.
Initiate and distribute process improvement projects to improve process efficiency.
Review the audit process audit findings and take corrective action to avoid negative consequences.

Perform quality inspections and process reviews regularly.
