Responsibility:

Interface with management, both in terms of cascading messages from senior management and the practice strategy or modifications required for the process based on the decisions made.
Identify and suggest business improvement opportunities.
Identify and develop ways to improve consumer and service delivery.
Create updated trackers, update tickets, update service functions, update required applications and tools.
Also act as a first level increment and resolve stakeholder satisfaction Make sure the process manager is informed of new issues.
Provide alerts and reports on the field of operation.
Knowledge Management, SOP Make sure that the review is done according to the frequency.
Keep the cross training plan right.
Approve collaborators before moving resources into the product (both new joiners and existing collaborators)
Encourage collaborators to use the various content available in the intranet.
Update review and VSM monitoring, process the map at least once a year.
Appoint collaborators for various courses related to the domain.
Educate customer relationship management, inform customer troubleshooting and troubleshooting.
Manage partner relationships.
Ensure that team production levels are met in line with year-round targets.
Provide information to customers to improve the process and follow the procedure, troubleshoot and solve problems.
Achieve individual SLA targets set for the team as well as account level collective goals.
Ensure process distribution among the respective groups as per SLA.
Complete all mandatory training and certifications for yourself and the team.
Implement a communication structure to ensure that processes and procedural updates are effectively shared.
Lead and contribute to process excellence initiatives.
Provide detailed status updates on CTQ (critical for quality) areas.
Keep a cross training tracker.
Perform quality check and ensure error free process.
Continue the SOP process and make sure all versions are carefully captured with proper version control.
If you notice deviations in the process, proceed to management.
Ensure that utilization exceeds 85% or achieve the goals set by the organization.
Aging break, open task for team leads, highlight manager on time.
Provides work direction and guidance to people, teams, team members, ensures the ability of team members to work on their work schedule and the accuracy of working on multiple tasks.
Install systems and processes in the team.
Report to manager on performance status and any increase.
Guide and guide team members through a process approach to ensure delivery of SLA.
Build teams to increase motivation
Carry out transfers of experience for potential team members.
Conducting performance appraisals for team members provides input into education and career plans for team members.
Identify the training needs of team members and support their training.
Manage depression and absence.
Support for recruitment for the team.
Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions and actively participate.
Participate and contribute to organizational work.
Provide work direction and guidance to team members.
Install systems and processes in the team.

Assign teams and tasks.
Report performance status and any growth to the manager.
Easily participate in knowledge sharing sessions.
Build teams to increase motivation
Conduct process training or refresher training if necessary.
Provides review feedback on VOC scores and recommends refresher training when needed.
Resignation, absconding communication to operations manager.
Keep an EWS (Early Warning System) for the team to track people’s questions and pay attention efficiently.
